What payment options do you offer?
We accept secure eCheck, and cryptocurrency payments. For orders over $250 we also accept Venmo. Any questions regarding these payment options, or for addtional payment options please contact us for assistance.
General Questions
How can I contact you?
The best way to reach us is by filling out the contact us form on our website. You can also be contact us by phone at (855) 251-7186 Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm EST excluding holidays. We will not discuss any type of reconstitution or use of our products, so please familiarize yourself with our TERMS & CONDIITIONS prior to contacting us.
Account Questions
How do I reset my account password?
If you forgot your password go to “login” or “create an account” located at the top right hand side of our website and click the link “forgot password”. You will receive an email to reset your password. If you do not receive the reset password email check your junk email folder or contact us for further assistance.
How secure is my information?
Blue Sky Peptide takes the security of our customers very seriously. We use the highest level of encrypted SSL security technology available on the net. We will never share your data with 3rd parties. For additional information please see our PRIVACY PAGE.
How can I view my past orders?
On our website simply log into your account and you will be able to view your current and past orders.
Shipping
Do I need to sign for my order?
Orders are shipped USPS Priority, or Express mail with delivery confirmation. Domestic orders over $500 will require a signature.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email with your tracking numbers before your order is shipped. You can also track your order buy logging into your account on our website or by going to “track my order” under “my account” in the footer of our website. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to be updated.
Do you offer Express shipping?
Yes we currently offer USPS Express Flat Rate Shipping & UPS Next Day Air. Please note that we have no control over your order once it leaves our warehouse; therefore, we do not guarantee time of arrival.
How long does it take for my order to get to me after the order is placed?
Once your order is placed and processed, it will ship the same day if received before 12pm EST Monday-Friday excluding holidays. If a product is out of stock causing a delay we will notify you by email when to expect your order to ship.
Estimated time of arrival for orders shipped within the USA: USPS Ground Advantage 3-5 business days, USPS Priority 2-4 business days, USPS Express 1-2 business days, UPS Next Day Air 1 business day.
Please note that once your order has shipped from our warehouse we have no control over any type of delays, so we are unable to guarantee the exact time of arrival. Tracking info can take up to 24 hours to update.
How are orders packaged?
All orders are packaged in a USPS box or envelope. All products are thoroughly examined and wrapped securely in bubble wrap to ensure that safety and privacy is maintained.
BSP Rewards Program
How can I check to see how many rewards I have?
When you log into your account you will see how many rewards you have earned and how you earned them.
Do I have to create an account in order to earn rewards?
Yes, you can only earn reward points if you have an account. Only one account is permitted per customer.
How do I redeem my rewards?
In your shopping cart you will see an option to apply your reward points toward your purchase. Please see our rewards page for additional information.
Purchasing Questions
Can I use more than one promo code per order?
Only one promo code can be used per order.
Do you sell Bacteriostatic water?
We do not sell bacteriostatic or acetic acid solutions, because they are only available by prescription in the state that we ship from.
Why was my attempt to purchase declined?
If the details do not match up to what your bank has on file, your attempt to purchase will be declined.
Product information
Do you have quality reports for your products?
You can find the Certificates of Analysis (CoA) and Mass spectrometry (MS) for many of our research products under the “Reports” tab on the product pages of our website.
What form do your peptides come in?
All our peptides are lyophilized powder in 3ml vials. Our research liquids come in 30ml bottles.
How should I store my research peptides and liquids?
Once received it is best to store your peptides in the freezer to retain freshness and quality. Research liquids on the other hand should NEVER be kept in the freezer or refrigerator. It is best to keep liquids at room temperature and out of direct sunlight or heat.
Why do your research chems seem different?
The consistancy and appearance of research chems may vary dependent on the proprietary blend of chemicals used for a particular batch. We will sometimes make modifications in order to maintain a precise consistent product for research. This has nothing to do with the purity of the active compound itself.
Is it normal for a research liquid to be separated or not suspended?
It is completely normal for some of the compound to fall out of the solution and settle at bottom of the bottle. Just shake the bottle until the compound disperses back into the solution.
Can I perform my own 3rd party test of your products?
Yes, in fact we encourage you to have our products tested. If you choose to do so, send us a copy of the Mass-spec, AAA, Maldimass, or HPLC test results and we will credit you for the product tested. We stand behind each and every product we sell and take the quality of our research products very seriously.
What are your products used for?
Our products are for laboratory research only. If you are purchasing our products for any reason other than what is outlined in our TERMS & CONDITIONS, your order will be cancelled and you will be put on our do not sell list.
Are your products ingestible?
None of the products sold by Blue Sky Peptide are for human ingestion. Our products are ONLY for laboratory research purposes. If you ingest any research liquids or peptides purchased from Blue Sky Peptide you are putting yourself at risk. If this happens by accident, please seek medical attention immediately. If any of our staff believe you are using our products for any reason other than laboratory research outlined in our TERMS & CONDITIONS you will be subject to further order verification, order cancelation and placed on our do not sell list.
